League Details

Teams play both 7 and 5-side under the league format. Teams will play 2 games of 7s, followed by 2 games of 5s the following week and then back to 2 games of 7s etc… This format repeats throughout the duration of the league.

League days: Sundays. League duration will differ but usually between 10 weeks

Duration of game: 30-40 minutes

7s = 2 games per week x 35 mins games.

5s = 2 games per weel x 40 mins games

Time: 5-a-side 11am-2pm.

Time: 7-a-side 2pm - 6pm
